About the Director
He is a qualified engineer, with a post qualification in sales and marketing, human resource management with a specialisation in talent acquisition. He has recently completed a SEMrush certification in Digital Marketing.

He arrived in Dubai in February 2000 years ago and was employed as a technical recruitment consultant and soon promoted to a senior recruitment consultant. Over the next few years, he grew to a branch supervisor, branch manager, business manager and became a Director managing 3 offices and a 60-member recruitment and training team.
He has worked with nationalities across every continent – Asians, Arabs, and Western and Eastern expatriates alike. His clients trust him for his unbiased feedback. He has a passion that constantly drives him to undertake new challenges.

In November 2015, he joined Genesis Executive Search. Genesis Executive Search has a small team of professional and passionate recruiters who manage the recruitment needs of some of the world’s best employers in the region. Genesis specializes in the engineering, banking, supply chain and distribution, IT, and medical devices industries.

He supports his 150-odd clients across the MEA region with recruitment strategy and human resource consulting services to hire the best talent. He has been on the interview panel of several local and multinational companies and has also designed interview assessments, and objective tests, and conducted case studies. He has also designed organization charts, written job descriptions, and conducted outplacement programs and salary and compensation surveys.
